How It Works
Precision Engineering
Patented Swiss Spring System
Patented Swiss-made plastic springs inside the aluminum guides keep the fabric under constant, uniform tension — maintaining a perfectly flat surface even after minor deformations (up to 1" / 3cm) caused by weather or wear over time.
Patented Auto-Lock Mechanism
An innovative smart locking mechanism secures and tensions the fabric in the lower position, ensuring exceptional resistance to wind and improving overall stability — delivering reliable performance in harsh weather conditions.
Solar-Powered Option
Enhance your zip system with wireless power supply using a solar energy powered motor. The integrated solar panel charges a high-performance battery that powers your shading system — no wiring, no limits, just clean energy and quiet operation.
Perfect for Pergolas & Bioclimatic Structures
Zip Screens are a perfect fit for vertical side coverings in awning and bioclimatic pergolas. They integrate seamlessly to create a fully enclosed, weather-protected outdoor room with shading, UV protection, and breathable construction.
